Rise up ocean county posted a video of an irate woman screaming at Mr. Aaron Green, an orthodox man who manages properties.
The post and video claim Mr. Green didn’t provide electricity and was a horrible landlord. (Ironically, Rich posted he’s an expert at landlord-tenant law.)
Reviews on Green’s company from before this post, were all excellent, indicating Mr. Green is indeed an excellent landlord.
After further analysis, the truth has been revealed.
This woman wanted an upstairs apartment in a two-family rental… the apartment was not yet ready, and electricity needed to be restored after the previous tenant suddenly left without paying bills…Mr. Green, against the advice of his secretary (in the original video – at the end of the clip – not yet available) allowed this woman to live there and put her belongings down. (She admitted in the Rise up video that she was squatting.) She paid the deposit and then came screaming about electricity, before her tenancy began!
Suddenly the video was removed, but then other information was posted against Green.
Today’s FB post
The video you’re about to see is a snippet of the entire exchange between Mr. RUOC and Aaron Green. In it, Mr. RUOC makes it clear that Aaron has to pay up -and then some- or else he will face unspecified consequences.
That’s right. The fine people who are dedicated to ridding Ocean County of crime, corruption, and housing violations, are shaking down an honest property manager.
After subletting another unit in that building, Candice Sanchez-Aparicio came to Mr. Green asking to move into that specific unit. Knowing it was not ready, he tried to dissuade her from taking it. She insisted on it, explaining that she needed a new place urgently – she had to leave her current situation right away. He didn’t ask for rent, he only asked for the deposit. She showed up with both, dropped everything off while Mr. Green’s office was closed for religious observances, then let herself into the apartment using the dropbox.
And then Mr. RUOC hatched a plan: He would show up to Mr. Green’s office, acting as an advocate, with threats.
Sounds like extortion doesn’t it?
There’s plenty more to this video, like where the secretary tells Mr. RUOC, “I remember her she asked for that apartment.”
GL addition: Mr green paid the $4500 ‘extortion fee.’
The most infuriating part of this is that once Mr. RUOC and Candice got the money, Mr. RUOC realized that he found an easy mark and an opportunity could be had to squeeze this man for more. So instead of taking down the posts as agreed upon, they kept going, looking to shake Mr. Green down for more.
Please watch the video.
P.S. Lots more to come! Fast & Furious.
