Mi K’amcha Yisroel: Lakewood’s true colors

An Ateres Tziporah parent went to Capitol Seforim to purchase Chumashim, siddurim, and other items for the new Bais Yaakov Ahavas Yisroel.

There were 6 men in the store. When they overheard the parent say she was buying items for former Ateres Tziprah children, one man took out his wallet and said ‘Whatever she wants, I am paying for!’

He left an open credit card and exited the store.

  4. To the Ateres Tziporah families who felt abandoned by our town, please see this most generous act as a symbol of so many of us who feel for you, think of your plight and wish you all the hatzlocha in the world. I hope this person restores your faith in your fellow Lakewooders. To the generous and selfless donor, Whoever you are, this was an unbelievabe mitzvah!
